Bio

Paul’s love of nature came from is uprising. Growing up in Hawai’i he lived by the beach, in the forest and high in the mountains of Waimea. As a little boy he swam with turtles, ran on lava, spear fished and surfed. In the forest he raised pigs, ran through the forest with them and rode down streams from the mountains to the beach.
He loves to capture nature’s beauty and share it. “I feel nature is something you cannot change or tame but can only capture its rawness, its pure, untainted, un-modified self”.

He graduated form Hawaii Pacific University in 2009 but friends and his love of photography has taught how to capture great images, his perfectionism drives him and his passion for trying new things educates him everyday. He is currently employed at UCLA Medical Center, is an avid surfer, and snowboarder, he escapes the city every chance he gets! Then misses it.

He enjoys shooting everything, from parties in Hollywood, to landscapes, to surfing and big empty barrels.

He loves to capture candid moments and images of nature that remind people of their natural beauty; the pure, little kid inside all of us. And to remind people that we all come from beautiful nature and we all can find happiness and peace.
