Sorry its taking a bit and that you for your patience!!! Ill have everything up by the end of the week.
In the mean time please, please check out the Surfline photo contest this month. One of my photos is featured in it and i think it could win. Its in second place right now, behind by like 10 votes!
Please check it out, its number 2. The barrel shot looking out titled: “Light Reflections, Surfpartycruise.com”.Please take the time to look closely at it, its got a lot of detail and a reflection from the descending lip, making it not just another inside-looking-out shot! I think its a mental shot
, please take the time to vote for it if you do too.

Complete Water photography set up! Everything working, in excellent condition and ready to go!
1) Essex Water Housing for Canon 40D: 2 stage trigger, molded handle. Never any problems. Mike Wagner, who makes them gets back to you with a few days at longest re. questions. Great guy. Pistol grip can go on any Essex housing if you ever want to upgrade cameras. (http://www.surfhousings.com/index.html)
2) Canon 40D: A little over a year old. Shutter went out about 3 months ago and was replaced by Canon under warranty so your good for a bit. No other problems! Really good Camera. Have two and keeping one.
3) Ports for Water Housing:
-(1) 24-105 with zoom gearing. Good cond.! Cleaned with Novus Plexiglas polish after every use.
-(1) 28-135 with zoom gearing. In okay condition. The inside of the port has a few scratches that DO NOT show up on photos but Mike gave me a new Plexiglas front for it but I don’t use that port anymore so haven’t thrown it on.
-(1) Fisheye port which is optically correct and also in great condition! Fits canon 15mm or Tokina 10-17.
More info on Ports: (http://www.surfhousings.com/index.html)
4) 4 ft Pole extender. Also with 2 stage trigger and can go on any Essex Housing. Perfect for shooting shore break airs! and a bunch of other great uses!

Entered, didn’t win ): But still stoked. The writing requirement really opened my eyes to why I love to shoot photos. I got all emotional and shit. Wrote 7 pages and put this slide show together in a day, it was crazy, got like 2 hours of sleep in 30, I was just running on excitement… Super stoked we have this contest! Felt like I kinda won by re-finding myself, analyzing my work, seeing what I could do more of, learn more about, making a slide show- loving it and being proud of how much I’ve learned over the year…
Got to Lowers a little later this morning, looked a little blown from the top but still had some size so I started cruising down and boom as i saw it it again from the trail it looked like it was glassing off…weeee!

Check out Surfline for a few images of mine from the last Swell
Kinda weird, kinda all over the place but still super fun Wedge…The more the shoot this place the more i miss it…definitely give you that rush when its big. It’s so shallow that even diving down to the bottom under a set can’t save you from its furiosity…but that’s what makes it so fun.
